I cant post in the classified?

[img]/images/graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img] Well this is bugging me... When I go over the classified I cant reply to any selling. I have over 140 post and cant seem to be able. At the bottom of the page it says :

You cannot reply to any topics
You cannot create any topics

What could be the problem? I deleted all the old cookies
If anyone could enlighten me [img]/images/graemlins/baby.gif[/img]
