After seeing the pics by Newc of that arch top DA, yeah it looks horribly bloated. I was a bit disappointed when i saw that. Looks like it has got natural wood bindings. I like that!

The handles of the scythes are Sterling Silver and the blades are Mother of Pearl.

I think it looks better than it would if it had been a standard non-arched body.

The DA was beautiful...I guess you've gotta see it in person...but it was my favorite there...2nd was the RR, but the top mount strat input jack killed it for me.

I agree about it looking bloated. IMHO Death Angels should be flat. It loses some of its "evilness" when it's all rounded like that. [img]/images/graemlins/eviltongue.gif[/img]

if i remember the scythes on the AL ESPee, they looked better than the scythes on the D.A. Archie. IMHO.
