Has anyone info on the Jackson JX-3 tube preamps?

They were supposedly designed by Lee Jackson and made for Jackson guitars?

I just bought one and they claim to be with two 12AX7 tubes. Opions and comments please?

Nope, I don´t think Lee Jackson had anything to do with them. I believe Laney designed the heads and combos, so they might have designed the preamp too.

They do indeed incorporate two 12AX7:s, and for the (very small) amount of money involved I think they´re good. For high-gain shred they get the job done.
