Re: Scott Ian no longer using Jackson?

Funny thing about it is he still appears on the Jackson website and there wasn't a mention of him on the Washburn site the last time I was there. Then again, neither site has been updated much.

There are a lot of players listed on the Jackson web site that are no longer endorsers....
...that the play is the tragedy, "Man"

But, What are the chances that they will disco the JJ bodyshape now?
It's really a nice looking piece. Esp with the carved top like at NAMM.

Reading all this I wonder if Randy would play Jackson if he was still alive?

Good question. Lots of speculation could go along with it as well. If Randy were alive today, would Jackson have been bought by FMIC? Would Jackson have the clout and $$ to pay not only Randy, but other endorsees?

I don't think Randy would still be around because he wanted to move on from Ozzy and do different types of music. I imagine him going on to play classical guitar and completely stepping away from the metal world.

Then again Blackmore still plays Strats once in a while.

Saw Anthrax last night. No sign of any Washburns.

Scott played 2 JJs all show - an archtop & a green holograph.
