Reflex active pickup wirering diagram, please help!

i bought a pair of refelx active pups, which are out of a jackson fusion pro, and i don´t know how to connect the midboost and the highboost pots.
is there anyone out there, who can post or email me a picture of the original wirering? or tell me to which contacts the cables should be connected?
