• Quick question

I'm just wondering, for those with Star guitars. If you had a form fit Star case, big G&G style, would a dinky/strat style guitar be able to be sent inside it ok? would you have to kill the case a bit so it's not really possible, or could it be done?

Thanx

Vic

Re: Quick question

I have a Jackson star from 1989 and I think there is room for a soloist but I don't know if all star cases are like mine. It's original though. Check a picture out at
http://ca.regionline.fi/unitar/guitarpalace/
Go to Custom Shop page and click on serial 7200 and scroll down. The case is not exatcly form fitted like a rhoads or KV case.
Hope this helps.

Re: Quick question

Try an explorer case.

edt: sorry you want to know if you can put something in a star case.........I doubt a soloist or strat-type guitar would fit perfecty in a star case, and wouldn't risk it

Vic seems to always have something on the boil. Makes me sick! (only because I live too far away to pop down and check out all the cool guitars )

Not many...lol...

I just had an idea to help fix a slight hiccup, but it wasn't able to happen. I have been amazingly good on the guitar purchasing front. Hence how quiet I've been, just hoarding my stash. There is something imminent and it will be posted about with a veritable plethora of pictures. I'll explain what I was trying to do with the Star case then. Gary has a bit of an inkling...heh heh...

There are always things in the works, but they take time, a LOT of time....when I had my last custom guitar built it was a case of "can you build me a guitar for this Floyd I have?"...now it's a case of "can you build me a guitar for this Floyd and Star case I have?"...lol...but that's for another year...I'm only getting older...
