That's exactly why I'm looking into this color ! I don't think it'll have gold pick up rings because of the size/height needed for string-thru.

Ya know, I can't remember where I got it from. I was asking this same question a while back when I was considering Vwall's SL2T. I think I got it from one of those threads, but yeah it's the OLSG limited with the Floyd. Vwalls will be just like, but a string through, oiled neck and 81/85 EMG's wired 18v and in series (not sure what the OLSG came with).

As far as the pick up rings are concerned, you are probably right. I bet they will be black plastic. You could just order a set of brass ones from budman. I just got a set from him for my SLATQH and the work great height wise. They look great too.

I believe Scott said these will be in around Novemember. I can't wait.

Man thats almost exactly it. sans the EMGs and the oiled neck. There were different colors on that Guitar Express run weren't there? I've seen a Green one on eBay a few times. Damn. Now I really can't wait! [img]/images/graemlins/drool2.gif[/img]

After looking at illumina's pics of his quilted chlorine SL2GX, I can see why neilli wants a quilted top! I've previously owned two PC-1's and thought my next Jackson would be a flamed top, but I think I'll reconsider...
