What are the differences (other than the price [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] ) between the USA select series and the custom Jacksons?

They're both made in the Custom Shop by the same people, it's just a pure Custom is a one-off and made to your specs instead of just the standard Select series readily available to the public.
