GOLD finish pics??

So I'm STILL trying to decide what colour SL2H to get, and now Ive noticed that its available in Gold. Anyone seen this colour in the flesh? Got any snaps of it?

I don't know, I'm not sure about the gold on an RR. Don't get me wrong, that's a nice axe. Just when I think of gold tops I think of archtops like a Les Paul or Hamer.

Perhaps if the RR were gold with black pinstrips it might grow on me. But what do I know?

The Gold on that RR Charveljunkie has loos soooo much nicer in the lights on Stage.
I think most of Gold color guitars the same.
I have seen many gold top Les Pauls and they always look great on stage than on guitar stand at home.

Travis,it took me alittle bit to like the gold-about 10 minutes [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] i have owned a couple of goldtop les pauls and loved them but when i saw this it floored me
being nos 17 years old and never played maybe that sold me also [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

the stage lights really add alot of flavor to the finish but believe it or not its just as beautiful in natural light

Wow, that looks pretty nice!! Thanks for the pics. I'm not sure if it would look so hot on soloist though.. [img]/images/graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img] Theres a lot of plain surface on a soloist and I think the gold needs to be broken up a bit, like the scratchplate and tailpeice does on the Rhoads.
