Finally have an update on the project. She is 100% done and sounds awesome. I wish I would have used a 2pt trem but I don't mind a little fixed bridge (Gotoh) action in my life. Isn't she lovely? Still waiting on my engraved truss rod cover but that is the last piece of the puzzle. The pickups are strat pickups that are alnico 4 and 5. The neck is perfect for someone who has bigger hands and the frets feel nice too. Finally glad to have it completed and share it with you.

Thank you very much. It’s greatly appreciated. Once I get the truss rod cover installed it will be complete and then I’m going to try to recover an old case the same color and then add a custom logo plate. The body itself is a bit thicker at the heel than a Strat body in the neck has been shaved down for better stability. It stays in tune and plays very well.

I like vintage seafoam green but with white pickguards and chrome would be too cliche so I decided on black.
