      Hey thanks a bunch for the pics bro. Gosh DARN! That's one THIN NECK!!! Any idea, how it compares to the DK2 neck, have you ever played that neck? Also, could you post the specs of the JTX neck? Thanks again for the pic, real nice!

        Too thin of a neck is not good and can give you hand cramps. A thicker neck is actually good for a better grip, but I guess it's all a matter of preference.

          Yeah toejam, what you say is the truth, a neck too thin might even be bad, then again, a neck too thick could be worse. I used the word, "faster" as a general term that people use. You are right, one's technique is what determines the speed, but there are necks, designed to aid shredders, and these tend to be thinner. Anyway, thanks for bringing it to my attention. Take care!

            I dont know the specs, other than that it is 25.5 scale, 24 fret, 3 piece maple.
