Fender/Jackson factory tours and other historical sites

Hi. I'm going to be in Burbank later this month, so I was hoping that I could do some J/C history. What would anybody recommend? The original Charvel shop on Gladstone (anybody know the exact address?), the San dimas custom shop? Current Fender/Jackson factory tour? Do they do tours?

I know a lot of these buildings have been torn down, I still think it would be fun to drive by and see where they were.
