I have an old Jackson w/ a reverse headstock on a maple neck w/ the offset black dots and black inlay. I accidentally chipped the end of the headstock off. It still works fine. But, I keep all my gear in like new condition, call me anal... it's driving me nuts.
I have contacted Jackson/Fender and all I get is a run around. they give me varying options. All I want is what I have. (I couldn't care less about the dots) I think anything else would potentially hurt the value as well. I may be wrong about that, though.... I guess maple necks from Jackson are hard to come by, why?? They are awesome I wish I could find another JAckson w/ a maple neck (specifically neck-thru) That would just ROCK!
Anyone have any experience with this? I am at my wits end with them since the Fender take over, they just seem so disorganized.
Thanks for any help.
Ron
