That's not it, the Steeler looked like a Floyd. That's a Spyder trem.

If you did that the string windings would lay in the saddle not the string itself.

man, can the ball of the string go straight into the saddle without using the string blocks and everything?

man, that would make life easier on me! haha, one of the reason's i dug the kahler trems, easier string replacing.
