hello, i was wondering if a dxmg neck will fit on a charvel model A body. i bought the body off ebay. my friend wants to sell me his performer neck for it and said that a dxmg neck wont fit cuz it has a different neck pocket???.

That's the least of your worries - IIRC the Charvel body took a 22 fret neck - the Jackson is 24.

Why don't you have your buddy over and see if it fits? measure the scale length( should be 25 1/2" from nut to saddles). If it measures up and it fits good, your good to go. This is all asuming that the body is a 24 fret body. This will not work for 22 fret bodies.
