I'm sureone already posted this, but I just came across some pictures of the VH show in Philly and Eddie is playing some type of strathead.

Looks like his Kramer 5150 with a strat head neck. I guess he doesn't want to look too 80's... That or his Peavey endorsement deal...

Roodyrocker and myself JUST got back from VH live in Cleveland. I have to say that we heard a LOT of negative posts about the show and Ed, about him being drunk and so forth. Well not tonight!!!!! He looked AWESOME, sober and alert, joked with the crowd and band a ton and played insanely! I'll tell ya, for what he has put himself thru iver the years, the guy is in AWESOME shape, he looks great! We even got his hair down and not in that gay assed pony tail! His tone was the size of a small country, HUGE THICK and MEATY, kinda like RacerX's women! [img]graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]

Anyway the show rocked, the band sounded great and we had a blast. Don't let anythin gstop you, if you get the change GO SEE THIS SHOW, its a fun time!

to be honest, I saw this thread and knew all of this stuff about eddies guitar was posted long before so I was expecting to see your "old news is so exciting" pic you post, with the knight rider car.... but I ended up with the lone ranger pic instead [img]graemlins/eyes.gif[/img]

That neck is a newer 22 fret CHARVEL !!!

Can't comment on the body but the neck is definitely a Charvel.
