How come we hear so little about Jackson endorsers..I mean when you go to jacksonguitars.com there's a picture of either karl sanders or phil collen..come on, the endorsers page suck, virtually no info about what models they play, what they're up to etc...and also there are no sig models (yes except pc1 & jj2) which I think is really strange...that would be so easy for Jackson to do, I'm no scientist on the specs but I believe most players have slight changes in stock models..different pups/graphics or whatever, I think for instance Alexi Laiho used to play practically stock RR-1's but with 24 frets...which wouldn't introduce much extra cost but which would surely be a huge boost in sales for Jackson. I mean, ESP would be nothing without the big guns like Hetfield/Hammett, Mustaine, Hanneman etc.
in this regard it seems to me that ESP is doing a way better job...
not that Jackson might even need to boost sales, I know a lot of companies gone bad when production volume went up, but it would be nice if people could finally realize they've been living in a bubble whose burstin' is way overdue! fender gibson esp...blah
