I also don't mind pickguard, but imagining a black RR with EMG's, bound neck and hs, ebony and reverse sharks and regular head, that makes me wanna cry why I do not own it.

The electronics cover on a Rhoads doesn't necessarily qualify it as a "pickguard" [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]
