I was just at the news stand and picked up the Guitar World 2005 Holiday Buyer's Guide. Jenna is on the cover with a cool Rhoads! [img]/images/graemlins/notworthy.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]
The inside poster unfortunately has her with a Gretsch but the flip side of that poster has Jacksons. Maybe a preview of the next Jackson catalog to come?

What's the difference between porn stars and rock stars? Both are getting **** for and out of fame and fortune, someone else is making far more money off their work than they are, and they'll take whatever gig they can get as long as it's for money, food, sex, drugs, or shelter.

no one else seems to want their guitars associated with "competent" players. They all seem to want them associated with whatever flavour-of-the-month "player" is on the cover of Teen Beat.

How about a Meegs signature Jackson? Or a Munky'n'Head sig? Or a Tom DeLonge Charvel? Playing ability seems to have little to do with selling guitars, so Jackson have merely taken the endorsement process to it's next logical step and feature a non-guitarist in their marketing. Fine by me. She's much easier on the eyes than some over-tattooed, over-pierced, mascaraed, trucker hat-wearing gimboid floggin' away on one-finger chords while he cocks his head to the side and pretends to see something interesting up in the light fittings. Y'know, rock guitarists used to headbang, now they bend so low their guitars sit on the floor, and then maybe they'll bob up and down a little. That's apparently what the young'uns like these days.

Hey Pulverizer at least you have one person that agrees with you. Yes I've seen her on tape and she was hot before all the surgery but I think it's ridiculous that porn stars have become so mainstream. Jackson makes a great guitar and it seems ridiculous to me that they have prostitutes endorsing em. Maybe nest they can have pedophiles endorsing em? I guess you can partially thank her for the recent price increase? I think it's ridiculous when young aspereing guitar players will see it and have to ask their parents what band she plays for to find out she's just a cum depository.
