What neck actually fits the DK2LE? It sort of looks like the neck on my DR6 you slapped on there. I mean a DR6 not mine, just that I have a DR6 and it looks exactly like that neck.

PS why did you not like the maple neck or was it to recoup some cash after buying it new?

I had an old neck from a DK2 lying around. I swapped out the DXMG's neck for the DK2's neck. I put the DXMG's neck on the DK2LE. The result - 2 fully bound necks.

It's not that I didn't like the maple, but maple doesn't say "Jackson" to me. Sharkfins ... binding ... reverse pointy headstock ... now that says "Jackson"!

I agree, binding and sharkies are the way to go. Looks great ! I personally like an unfinished neck but those are nice guitars.
