Carvin....Hmmmmmmm Nobody seems to be asking about that.

I am wondering how it sounds, how it plays and how you like the neck.

How is sustain and articulation?

Hey Shredmonster,

The Carvin is absolutely amazing. It seriously rivals damn near everything I have played.

I hate to say it, and I didn't expect this, but of the 3 it is the one I like the most. Neck is a little thicker, I like thinner necks.... But I think thats where it gets the sustain and sound quality from. In addition.... I can't believe the 25" scale instead of 25 1/2 makes such a difference, but it does. The guitar plays like butter. It is the only reason I can come up with that it feels so good. The pups are great too. I have heard that is a love/hate thing though.

I have been playing guitar for over 20 years (mind you that doesn't mean I am any good [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] ). I wish I had found Carvin before this.

I like it so much I am going to do up a Carvin Custom Shop after the holiday.... Shhhh, don't tell my wife.
