I wouldnt be able to get in on a USA run, but like you guys said keep it simple (RR1 or RR1T - black, white, pins or bevels, hardware black or gold, no pickguard). That would be a cool guitar.

Personally I think gold hardware on a white guitar looks the best (solid colors), it also looks good on chlorine.

If an RR, here's an idea I've kicked around...

Non-recessed Floyd, two hum, rear loaded, V-V-T, ebony board. Ivory with gold pinstripes, gold hardware, old style gold logo, old style smaller shark inlays.

The opposite is the problem. If we go totally unique, with a dozen different extras/changes, you will get people who will NOT like every little added detail. Were you not the guy who suggested tiny changes would turn people on and should cost less, like omitting a neck hum, or putting on a reverse head, or reaching into a bin of parts for chrome/black/gold hardware?

Well, he sent it to me but I've been trying to get it back from Jackson so Newc can sign off on it. I may actually have it tonite but I was hoping to have it last week.
