I love that soloist! There was a student on sBay in that same color not too long ago that I wanted. Nice collection. Quality is sometimes better than quantity!

Thanks everyone- glad you like them. I started playing classical when I was young (8) and still like to have a nylon acoustic. The 1624 has a regular width neck, not the 2" classical neck, so it's much easier to switch back and forth. I still only use a pick when I'm playing metal or something, otherwise just finger style.

The SL-1 is a monster and I love it, but the SG sounds great as well and is extremely easy to play. It's in my will and is going to be buried with me.

Thanks! The SG plays like a dream- fast neck, very light, awesome EMG 81/85 pups. I still have the original pups but changed the bridge to a Duncan Custom in the mid-80s, then got the EMGs a few years later. Lots of memories with that guitar.
