Steve Stevens Charvel?

I've been arguing for years that this is a Charvel. It is the Australian Billy Idol tour of 1987.

Is it a Jackson? I think I've seen that guitar around before.

I think that is a Charvel with Dinkya shape body.

What interests me is that it could be yet another story of a "top" player relying on a Charvel for performing, despite being endorsed by someone else. I vaguely remember Stevens being endorsed by Hamer during the 80s, but I'm not sure.

On Billy Idol Tour of that era, Steve was using Charvel and Jackson too.
On Atomic Playboy tour, He was using Jackson,Hamer and in the video was Les Paul I guess.

Steve Basically used just about everything.

Pretty sweet Charvel at that! Seems like he used to play that one quite a bit back around that time.

I was at that show in Melbourne, and I was sure it was a Charvel, but people had told me otherwize, so, considering it was 17 years ago, I began to doubt myself.

I'm also quite sure it glowed in the dark. TRUE.

The Hamer endorsement was Rebel Yell time frame, that pic looks to be around the time they did Mony Mony or wtf ever that song was. This looks like when Billy started to get more polished and less new wave/punk. What guitars was Steve playing when he did his solo album?
