What you seem to be doing is trying to upload your pictures to the JCF, unfortunately there isn't a hosting service. Try to get your pictures on PhotoBucket or something like that, then link that URL here.

You can actually host them from your computer if you're running a web server of some sort... but your internet provider should have hosting space for you that you can upload to. Check with them.
