Re: Difference between Bolt-on and string-thrugh body
Yeah... cause everyone knows neck-thru's have better sustain than bolt-on's...
Re: Difference between Bolt-on and string-thrugh body
Hmmmm, i'd say it ain't such a "big maybe" simply BECAUSE the initial post is unlcear.
If the initial post is unclear, which you and I believe, how can you or anyone know how exactly big any "maybes" are likely to be or not to be?

Hmmmm, how can it be such a "big maybe" when, as you've stated, the inital post was unclear?

Well, you said

Maybe the thread starter wants to know the difference in sound and/or feel of bolt-ons vs neck-through guitars
[/ QUOTE ]
Maybe he does want to know that and maybe he doesn't. It doesn't become a definitely until he says that. So until then, in my estimation, that's a big maybe. Plenty of room for interpretation, hence plenty of room to incorrectly read the original poster's mind.

[/ QUOTE ]So, you obviously agree with my supposition. What you've said here is pretty much what I said. Think it through.....S L O W L Y, or get someone to read it for you.

Hmmmm, unusual conclusion. I didn't say anything was "definite" -- remember? I said "maybe", as you've reminded me.
Seems I must repeat myself: you've mentioned that the initial post is unclear, therefore, I'm curoius as to how you've managed to quantify the probable accuracy of my suggestion as a POSSIBLE interpretaion of the said post.
