As far as I know, Jackson does not sell their parts separately to anyone. Time for a new guitar! -

You can order parts directly from an authorized dealer. I ordered a brushed aluminum reverse logo tuner for my RR3 a couple of months ago from Music Parts Guru. Fenders customer service representative referred me to them as Fender won't/can't sell parts directly to the public. They are easy to deal with, and had very reasonable pricing compared to others I had priced.
