• Help me ID this Charvel (jackson...?)

Serial # 0704526 (I think the first digit might be wrong... not sure). Headstock read "Charvel by Jackson/Charvel". It was neck through, ebony board, dot inlays, floyd, 2 humbuckers. Very nice guitar, I'd like to pick on up. Played it in guitar center.

Anybody have a model for me?

Are you certain it was ebony and not a dark rosewood? None of the older MIJ Charvels had ebony fret boards that I can remember. Need a little more info to be certain. What shape was the Charvel logo?
To me it sounds like maybe a Model 5 or a 750 XL. Was it an arch top?

Fron that quickie, and if the first digit is in reality a C, I´d most likely guess it´s a Model 5. Although those had rosewood fretboards....Sure it´s not dyed?? THe grain should be telltale, much more open on RW

Can´t be a 750XL, wrong logo (I understand this as the "pointy" Guitar style logo in this case, 750XLs had "Toothpaste" logos).

Expect this thread to be moved to the "Import Charvels" Section soon

Yeah, I misspoke... definately rosewood, not ebony. It was not an archtop as I recall, just the usual superstrat body shape.
