but that vocal styling has been used by MANY bands with ungodly amounts of skill and should not really be taken so seriously.

HotRod I'm not bashing type O neg, I actually really like some of there stuff, they were just the first band I ever heard that had that really low low singing vocalist, it seems least to me that a lot of bands just took it from there and kept taking it further, I'm guessing here I really don't know, I just wanted to be clear that no Type O bashing was intended.
