The seller came back with a counteroffer of $1400 shipped. That's what I paid for the PC1 I usaed to have new. I don't feel that $1400 is fair price for a used PC1, so I'm letting it go.

It's on the high side, but I think it's within reason. You have to look at the what it will cost you new. If you hold out, you'll find one lower, but in mint condition, not too much lower.

Dude I say go for it. Cheapest I have seen new is 1600.

You may find one cheaper in the future - possibly $100 up to $200 if you get lucky and find one one for $1200 or so.

I guess you'll have to decide if it is worth the wait.

Plus its mint.

Yeah Econ, make a comparable counter offer and he may go for it. I should clarify that my Chlorine was probably sheer luck when I got it for 1200 new. I was shocked when I saw it and more shocked when I got that price. Anything under 1450-1500 is a bargain for a minty/like new PC1.

$1200 new is "giving away the farm". I don't know how much shipping from Louisiana to Puerto Rico would be, but for that price, is not too shabby for overseas shipping.

Side Note:
I lived there and I can't say that I have ever seen a metal bar so I don't know where he is playing. [img]/images/graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img]
