    Put in a call to Matt to chase Jackson on what's going on - these things are alot of money, and you deserve to know what's going on with it....

      Damn, Xeno, I finalized mine last Sept. and actually made 2 small changes since then (one was last month), both were confirmed by Matt in 3-4 days via email. I did go in and talk to him in person (which I can kinda do since I am down in his neck of the woods every now and again! But I actually order the guitar via email to start and he has been great about it.

        1. Make your initial order as clear as possible
        2. Make your order through Matt...

            Because that's what the Search function is for.


            However, that was the Wait Time from 3 years ago.

            It might be different today. No one knows, because the guitars they ordered are not in yet
