      Brooks rob Witte as one (differnet style but same hardware (tuners) and logo) on his site. Here is the link, may want to touch base with him..

          Brooks I think the serial number on back of headstock is the completion date; 71284 being July 12, 1984. I wonder if the initals beofre that number is of the original owner??

                  didn't rob lane have a white sandoval? i'm almost positive he had one made. but i don't think it's this one.

                      Have you tried to email Mr.Sandoval? I email him with picture of Randy Rhoads he did for some guy and he emailed me four days later telling all the spec on it and he could do it the same way. For a whopping 8,500 smackers.

                            He will charge you for the info - but he does keep records The intials are most likly the original owners.
                            I talked with him about the history of a guitar before.
