I'd go with the Strathead from GMW. Just my .0000002

The EBMM JP model is indeed luring!

It has handsdown the greatest elbowcontour in the world!
You took too much, man. Too much. Too much.

SL2H-MAH is what I would get over a PC1. Me personally if only given those choices I'd pick the Ibanez since they have the best upper fret access, but I would never spend that kind of money on anything that isn't neck-through.

How about a 66 strat, would you pay $1500 for that?

GMW or a PC. I love em both.

SL2H Mahogany hands down. Killer Solist features with the crunch of mahogany, perfect pair, well the JB would go by-bys first in goes a SD Distortion or EMG 81 or 85 or BL L-500XL. Jack.

If the GMW was in a config that I like (maple/maple with a floyd and paint I like), then I would take the GMW without thinking about it - although you should get it for more like $1000-1200 tops.

For $1500, I would wiat it out for an SD pointy!

Here's another vote for the PC1..mine is definitely my desert island guitar. Easily the most verstile guitar in my collection.

for 1500 i´d go for a very fine SD Custom Rhoads
but to stay within your selection
i´d grab a gmw with a nice graphic and excellent neck before anyth else
