I know the idea behind the Fusion, bolt-on Strat-style with Gibson 24.75" scale length.
Tell me the various models that Jackson and Charvel offered, general price ranges (I believe a USA Fusion is quite a bit cheaper than a USA Soloist for some odd reason), neck backshape, fretboard radius, pickups (pickup models and layouts), and all that good stuff. Did any of them come with non-recessed Original Floyd Rose trems?
Basically, is there a USA Fusion that matches these following ideal dream specs listed below?
-USA Fusion, excellent to mint condition
-24.75" scale
-Black hardware and paint
-Non-recessed Original Floyd Rose, although recessed isn't too bad... or even a string-thru/tunomatic is fine
-Dual humbuckers, or H/S/H pickup configuration
-At least one volume and one tone control, none of which should block the pickup switch like they do on the DKMG, I hate that!
-Blade pickup switch, so I can put a 5-way in there to split the dual humbuckers, must not have access blocked by control knobs
-Neck/headstock binding
-MOP sharkfins, MOP headstock logo inlay
-10"-16" compound fretboard radius
-Ebony board, maple neck, alder or maple body
-1 5/8" or 1 11/16" nut width, locking nut
That's all I can think of for now.
