Does anyone have an email address to contact artist relations and at least some sort of customer service at Jackson? There is absolutely nothing on their website...

I have a phone to contact one of the main guys who works with Mike Shannon there but good luck getting a response.
Mike Kotzen 909-898-4000. Not a direct line but I did get him on the phone once after may tries.
I asked for the Fender customer service rep and told him I thought I was being patched into Mike Kotzen. So the rep connected me directly to him at the shop.
I think I got lucky though.PLAY TILL U DIE !!!
