Thanks for all the support everyone! I really apreciate it. Sorry I have no pics yet because my bro's camera is MIA...I don't know if he has it or if he lent it to someone, but it's not charging in it's usual spot, so pics will follow in the next few days when the camera is back.

Awesome glad it made it to ya finaly. I'd still persue the legal aspect though. You have your guiar so there is no reason not to be agressive in finding out what the deal was. It's not like UPS can take it back and then damage it in recourse cus you pissed them off. ( i'ld like to see them try). Anyway. can wait to see the pics....

When i got my Vandy from Toru i did not have one issue. It came from him all the way to me in Boston in 3 days and it was delivered right to my door. I did not pay a cent in taxes or anything. Arrived MINT!!

my god Joel, I had no idea this was going on !!

I live in Cincy and my brother is a supervisor for UPS here and he works out of the Louisville hub 1-2 weeks a month.

I mentioned this to him and he just shook his head.

For what it's worth I can get him involved for you guys in the future if needed.
