• Jackson newbie here.

Hello, i am new to this forum and to jacksons( but not guitar playing).Right now i have a Carvin DC727 7 string. I am wanting to buy a 6 string. I have been looking at the eerie dess swirl dinky. Any advice on that guitar or any other jacksons would be awesome. Thanks for your help jackson/charvel gurus.

Welcome!

You mean the DK2? A great Made in Japan guitar. Can't go wrong....maybe replace the pickups.

Thanks for the welcomes guys. Yes, the DK2 is what i was talking about. I know this probibly sounds like a stupid question but what is the action like on jacksons? The ones ive played have been pretty low( how i like it )

thanks for your help

Hey man! Welcome and have fun here at the JCF!

You can't go wrong with a Dinky! The DK2 is the thinnest production neck in the Jackson arsenal right now and the action can be razorsharp low!
You took too much, man. Too much. Too much.

I have a DK2 in ED,and in less than a year, the frets are about shot...
