I use E standard on my 5FX and strat. I drop-D quite a bit on my les paul junior.
I like Drop-D better on the shorter scale for some reason.
I just haven't needed to use Eb or lower because I've always played with monster bass players and I don't sing. If I tried to sing, I'd probably go down 1/2 step to fit with my voice.
Standard on all my guitars. I feel like I'm preserving a dying breed. I won't even tune down to play certain Satriani songs for cripes sakes.

Bb, 'cause our vocalist has sand in his vagina.

Funny, a few weeks back Matt said almost the exact same thing. "Wow, nice axe...why does it sound low?" "Oh, we tune down to Bb since our singer has no range."
BTW: The new tracks are absolutely slamming. I'm looking forward to the Testement show.
Les Paul - E, 10-46 gauge.
Strat - Eb, 10-46.
Jackson - D, 11-48.
Carvin - Eb, 11-48.
ESP/LTD - E, 11-48.
All guitars have fixed bridges, so they sometimes get the low string dropped down a step when I'm in the mood. Whenever I get some guitars with Floyds again, they'll probably be in E or Eb.
I feel my soul go cold... only the dead are smiling.
