KE-2 at GC for $750.00!!

Hey dudes,
I was at the North Attleboro MA. GC today with Lucysplatter & they had a pavo purple USA KE-2,had two Duncan Invaders!! I'm not into the new ones but looked cool!!

I didn't play it,as I said I'm not really into the new ones & I don't like recessed trems,but it looked in nice shape & the $$ was right!!

Being that I have never actually bought a guitar from Guitar Center, what is their case policy?

Guitar prices do not include cases in most cases (pun?). They stick it to you for another >$100 for a case to go with your guitar.

Wow, that makes me hate GC even more. I've had several friends trade in or sell guitars there, and they never even got one red cent for the cases. They were always told, "Cases come with the guitar, you don't get extra for it".

They'll usually give you a case or sell it to you at cost (or less) if you start walking. They once tried to stiff me on a $2500 Custom Shop Gibson. As the money went back in the pocket, they came up with a case. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
