I think it may have been a custom or something because you just don't see them with tone knobs (not that I use it or anything).

You should cotact budman"dave" for some gold parts for that killer warrior,he's the one.I bought a black truss rod cover for my model 4 a while back and it was perfect.He also has some brass ones I think.
