I can't believe that some idiots diss this board, this is the best board I know. Well again .. this works both ways.. most of those other boards are offshoots from this one.. people that have been members here that have decided to start up their on own .. so please don't refer to them negatively.. There's plenty of room and enjoyment for all on any board..to me it's about being respected and mature ...

I found this board right about the time I started getting back into music and guitars in general. I was on the original EZ board site so however long ago that was. The vibe on this board was above and beyond any of the other sites I visited. I've tried a few other boards, but just haven't felt as good about them as I do the JCF.

The JCF has something I can only describe as the "brotherhood factor". I've met many people here that I consider good friends, even though we've never met in person. I've spent many hours on the phone and exchanged probably thousands of emails on topics from guitars and music to kids and marriage.

When I say the JCF is the best place on the net, I mean it. This place rocks. If I got paid for all the time I spend here I would be a rich, rich man. In fact, I'm actually conducting a training class at a customer site today and I'm at lunch. What am I doing? Checking in to see what's up on the JCF [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I've read negative posts about the JCF on other forums. Its just sad when people go behind other peoples back and complain about them, instead of saying things face to face. Whiners.....................

For one thing criticising this forum is not really contributing to another as far as I can see. What good does that do and who really likes to hear the bitchin'? Have they nothing better to talk about?

I have been to many other forums to check them out and this is by far the best one I have found.

Im fairly new to this board and can't for the life of me understand what anyone would have against it. I've yet to have one of my newb questions answered. Since my arrival here, everyone has been cool, great topics. I visit everyday to just read and learn about new stuff. I give a standing applause to the admins/mods/members for creating a kickass place to just talk about guitars, not only for jackson, but guitars in general. it has been a releave for me to find this forum, i have been on other guitar forum like mxtabs to find that if someone post a tab or something and 20+ guys start to diss the guy/girls who posted it or the bands they like , i really like the JCF and i don't need to go anywhere else anymore.

This really is a great board. I'm a member of a few others (same name in every place so the folks who know me know it's me) and I agree with Kev completely. If you're not happy here, then just keep moving to you find someplace you like. This is a great community, and the members are good, knowledgeable people. If you have a problem with a person, I guess that's one thing. But a place like this isn't a single person, it's thousands. What kind of person blasts 1000 because they have an issue with one person, or one post? Eh, I like it here, and I'm not the only one.

This board is the only one I've joined - It Rules!!! I like the professional manner in which it is conducted and maintained. I have been to other boards that are not up to the high caliber of JCF and they are quit disappointing.

I must say that one of the best things about this board is that long time members and admins will take the time to answer my silly newb questions. [img]/images/graemlins/toast.gif[/img]
