OHSC questions, when and what.

I just scored a MIJ Dinky Rev. at a Pawn Shop in really crappy condition. The reason I bought is is that it came with a hardshell, the old kind, with the aluminium "Jackson Made in USA" tag attached to the outside. So the questions are:
What year did new guitars stop coming with these cases?
What do you think one is worth?
I got it for the '90 USA Fusion, but I might flip it if they are desirable. It is in average shape for its age.

I think that's the case my 1992 RR1 is in. It has a Jackson badge rivited to the outside.

I bought a Jackson case for my DK-2. Since it's just a case, I tried to spend the least possible. I ended up with a molded "chainsaw" case - I don't know if those are desirable.

Unless someone else who knows more than I chimes in, I'd say $50 - $100. Sorry, but I'm not an expert on these.

Standard G&G Badged case, I don´t think they´re worth anything special unless they´re for a rarer body style, I have 3 myself.... I´d also say 50-100 bucks.

Same holds for the chainsaw (although I prefer these becasue of the lighter weight)
