What were they asking for it at the NAMM show? I agree that it's more than a regular San Dimas but the regular SD does nothing for me. I would have bought a different brand if that were my only option. I got such great deals on my other Jacksons I felt like I could justify going a lttle over the top on this one. I can't imagine ordering a C/S Charvel since my regular SL1 is taking almost a year. They would be delivering it to the nursing home for my farewell gig.

GuitarAsylum wanted over $3K IIRC on their site. They also had the blue chlorine quilt Hum/Single Soloist, and wanted $3200 for it IIRC.

That makes me feel <u>A Lot</u> better. You had me worried there for a second. I won't say what I paid because I don't want to cause any issues for GA but it wasn't even close to that figure. I also based my decision on what other dealers were asking for the SL1 and PC1 that I was interesting in ordering. I also looked at the San Dimas prices.

Another thing about PRS that I think is kind of cool is that the Hard Rock Cafe in Baltimore has a huge lighted PRS on top. Where the other HRC have the mostly the classic Fender Strat or Les Paul. I actually got to work in his shop for a couple days back in the 80's just for fun. Yet, I don't own one PRS. I've played many and could probably get a great deal but they just don't do it for me. I love my Charvel/Jackson guitars!!!

Dolan - Actually I'm right between Severna Park and Annapolis. We live on the Magothy River. Between the guitars and jet skis, life is good! How about yourself? BTW, Gary Hoey is playing the Rams Head Live in Baltimore Aug 2. I really want to see him. He freakin rips!
