yeah I respect what they are but I think the body and headstock are fugly. love how they play, hate how they look. I probably like Dave Navarro's white one about the best of any I've seen.

If I had known Hoey was playing the anthem I would have gotten tickets to the game and left after he played! Sort of sucks to be in Boston and hate baseball.

On-topic: trans green, trans purple, and natural all with gold hardware are my favorite finishes. That Charvel looks great

It's a bolt-on. You can't tell by the picture but it also has Abalone dot inlays rather than the normal mother of pearl. The inlays really stand out on the neck.

Mike, what SL1 are you waiting on, I bought my natural SL1 from guitar asylum... are you waiting on the SL1 or the SL2H?

I actually like the EMG's. The hum is an 89 and the others are SA. As soon as I got it I plugged into my Mesa Dual Rec half stack and it smoked. My guitars with passive pups are weak compared to this. My other SL1 has active Jackson pups and it's the same way. I have an Ernie Ball Axis which is kind of weak in comparison.

Jacksonite - I'm waiting for a USA natural SL1.
