I really like the Schenker (Dean) V's but I would like to see that paint scheme on a KV2T or KV2. White and black ,very cool I wonder how much different it would look on a Jackson V? Can someone mock that up for me? Thanks.

Re: Photoshop request
I've seen a Rhoads with a b&w split really recently, but can't remember where.... Popular is not the same as good

The KV2T will work much better for the symmetrical headstock thing.
Of course, the Y2KV can be used, but that's nearly just the Gibson V shape anyways, so it doesn't count.

Re: Photoshop request
Here ya go:
Definitely looks better with the inverse bevels IMO.
Tried black/white binding but the black won't show as well as the white.
You'll have to use an SLS head - it just don't look right with a regular pointy because the color-scheme itself screams 3x3 headI want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood

Re: Photoshop request
The second and third one, with the contrasting bevels... friggin' WOW!!!!!!!
What would make it right would be a brushed chrome/aluminum truss rod cover... at the moment, because the truss rod cover is black, there's "too much" black on the headstock when it should be 50/50.
But WOW!!!!

Re: Photoshop request
Actually you'd want a 50/50 inverse truss rod cover as a nod to Schenker's original Gibson pickguard. While the bevels help with that reference, the tr cover would complete the look, and the chrome tuners connect visually with the chrome bridge/v-plate and knobs.
Chrome hardware with black pickups to keep the black/white scheme, or covered chrome pickups with black hardware, but not both
Thanks, N.I.L.
I'd be all over the Dean Schenker if they'd have put block inlays on it, but I'm sure Gibson threw a sissy fit about it I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood
