I gotta agree, I just don't see Charvel and sharkfins going together. My suggestion, reverse charvel pointy headstock with a maple board and black dots. Never liked the charvel strathead.

asthetically I think I like that best, I just dunno if its consistent with Charvel. If that doesn't bother you though then hell yea that looks awesome.

The pointy with dots on the ebony looks cool. The dark fretboard goes well with the paint job.

The winner is.......



I missed out on the Model 7 neck that ended on E-bay tonight..somebody clipped me by $2.50. I was on the road when it ended.

So,a reverse pointy rosewood Model series popped up tonight with a Buy It Now, so I pulled the trigger. It came with tuners and a Kahler nut....so that really helped. I will "ebonize" the fretboard, "benaglize" the headstock and sand the neck free of lacquer. Should turn out nicely.

Maple was my pick....but it also seems to be everyone on E-Bay's pick and I have to draw the line somewhere when bidding!! [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
