No upcharge, they simply will NOT do genuine MOP, I asked them plenty of times!

ouch! Thanks for mentioning that, now I'll know not to bother even trying I'd just get it a blank fretboard then and send it off to Lee for inlaying. Though really, plain abalone dots look very classy on a dark ebony board.

I don´t have any 24 fret bolt-ons, otherwise I´d have done it already... but 22 fret bolt ons they´ve already got covered, and I don´t think sending them a Model 6 would help much

Re: Warmoth: \"We Need Your Jackson brand Neck\"

I was the first to donate a Charvel Journeyman neck to them to give them neck pocket specs.

I tested the neck with both import and USA charvel and jackson bodies and the fit was great.... if they can offer us replacement necks with their various neck profiles and woods, we will all benefit in the long run.

I donated it to them for the greater good, and now I've seen that Greg will offer anyone a 25% discount on a purchase if you donate a neck. That's pretty cool.

Cool, they sent me an email saying that they had a dk2 on the way.
I don't have any other bolt-on Jackson necks, so I'm out.

Do you guys think they might be interested in a extended scale neck? I've got one of the drop tune Dinkies, and it woul dbe cool if they offered a 27" scale neck that fell in between the Fender and baritone stuff.

don't know Noodles, but it's worth a shot...drop em an e mail...Currently not too concerned about any discount, just the thought of having them available somewhere is enough for me..cost me about 60 bucks to pack and ship, but in the end,one of us will have a dk2 take a fatal blow and a new neck is just a few clicks away...

A few clicks If you order from Warmoth you better pick up the phone or send a fax. No web orders, at least not the last time I checked.

yeah I ordered a custom Tele neck a few weeks back (birdseye maple neck and board, 22 jumbo frets) and saw them asking for Jackson necks, had to laugh at that.

anyone know the difference btwn the J/C style necks they already sell and the ones they are asking to look at?
