Could be - I hadn't thought of that. I've been assuming they just changed the headstock shape and kept the other specs the same.

I just played by the PC1 and the Chavrie [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img] Build quality on both is awsome and the necks feel great. The TOM was a turn off for me (and the action was way high), but all in all a killer guitar!

The PC1 needs to loss 2 pups, 2 frets, 2 battery covers, maybe a route change and the recess has got to go and them I would buy 2! [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Nice guitars! Congrats on getting one so soon. Looks like I will need to get my order in soon on a PC1. 1-11/16" good, whew, I was starting to sweat a little.

[img]/images/graemlins/toast.gif[/img] ahhhh strathead jackson pc1 that rules [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img] whats next ? man this is getting SWEET now everyone gets a strathead and thats cool w/me rock on guys and all da new stuff looks killer [img]/images/graemlins/idea2.gif[/img] and i heard they play great . but remember everyone without a good setup and some times fret level even the best necks dont play as good as they could i have a local dude for 45 bucks sets up everything for me totally worth every cent ! [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img], and OIL THEM NECKS for all neck thru guitars especially ebony you better lemon oil em every 6 mos or so or later you will regret not listing to me ! the fret boards will develop cracks and ruin the nibs and then its over ! see ya , ALZ
