i love the reissue kinda made me make the swing from jackson soloists to charvel boltons workin on gettin a new pointy. the reissue is comfy a pleasure to play and as they say on this site this baby has mojo it just feels right hope i get the same feel out of my new sandimas pointy [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

yea jim i had to pry it from him i sanded the neck and headstock and tung oiled them. i also painted the neck pickup black cause it was white and painted the knob red in the 7 up theme just deciding what color logo to put on or if i shoud paint the headstock with a red logo or just a green logo

I am really digging that 48 street. It has such an 80's shredder vibe to it.
Joe, you should go with the classic warn brass knob on the 7-up and a black vintage Charvel logo. That would look mint.
