I guess there always has to be a problem. If I remember correctly; unauthorized repair, by unauthorized repair shop = Jackson didnt have to do squat. Not only did they fix the problem, they did it without charging Donnie $200+...

I did mention the twist, so they probably did plane the fretboard. At least they took the scratches out of the fretboard the original repair person put in it.

The strangest thing about this trans green finish with the quilt top is that it's very hard to photograph. The color is lighter than what's in the pics. I'll have to take some more shots when it's bright outside. The color is closer to an emerald green.
